Chocolate: cup (melted)
How to prepare
1. Whisk cream cheese with cocoa, liquid cream, instant coffee and vanilla with an electric whisk at medium speed until smooth.
2. Add sugar while whisking.
3. Prepare a rectangular tray for the 8-inch cake and fold it with transparent plastic paper, making sure to leave the sides of the plastic out of the tray.
4. Distribute the wafer kernels at the base of the tray.
5. Add half the amount of cream cheese mixture, then put another layer of wafer on top.
6. Spread over the second layer of the wafer the rest of the cheese mixture, cover the tray with plastic paper and put in the freezer for a full night.
